Built-Up Booth Package
The Built-up Booth will be constructed of Octonorm system with height of 2.4 mtrs having white panels.

Exhibitors in the Shell Scheme will be provided with the following furniture and fitting as a package.
a. Fascia board with company name and booth number.
b. Free listing in the Exhibition Directory.
c. Furniture (1 Table, 2 Chairs, 5 amp Plug Point, 3 Spot Lights & Carpeting).
Booth Charges - Indian Exhibitor :
Shell Scheme - Rs. 6,500/-Per Sq. mt.
Bare Space - Rs. 6,200/-Per Sq. mt. (Service tax 10.3% applicable)

Foreign Exhibitor : US $ 250 Per Sq. mt. (Service tax 10.3% applicable)

Additional Power Charges (Optional)
Additional Power required by the exhibitor will be made at extra cost as under:
Connection Charges: Rs. 3,000/- per connection (3days) (Single / 3Phase)
Consumption Charges: Rs. 1000/- per KW

Payment Particulars:
Advance Payment - 50% at the time of booking space
Balance Payment - 50% on or before 15th June 2009.
Additional facilities at extra cost will be charged as given.
Payment by way of DD / Wire Transfer / Cheque favouring
BUYSELL INTERACTIONS PVT. LTD., at Chennai.
